Late Cancellations, Deposits & Refunds
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know.Â
All appointments require a deposit of $25 / hour booked, this deposit will be used towards the cost of your service, and are non-renfundable but can be transferred to another day if 48 hours of notice is given.
Art of Alchemy does not provide refunds for any of its services. However, we take pride in offering complimentary fixes within a 7-day period for any issues or concerns you may encounter. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring a positive experience with our services.
Running Late?

Art of Alchemy Inc. is a busy Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time, or booked service since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to cancel your appointment, and a cancellation fee will be added to your file. Please let us know if you're running late, as no notice will be deemed a no-show after 15 minutes. Be in touch to find out more.
